On February 16, Yangzhou Tianying Eco-Energy held a completion acceptance meeting for the Jiangdu WtE power plant, with representatives from multiple government departments including Development and Reform Commission, Finance Bureau, Housing and Urban Development Bureau, City Management Bureau, Ecological Environment Bureau, and construction companies.
The acceptance team formed the following acceptance opinions after thorough discussions by viewing the project site, reviewing the construction information, listening to the reports of construction, design, construction, supervision and other participating units: the plant is constructed in accordance with the design conditions to meet the requirements of treating 700 tons/day of municipal solid waste; installed equipment, public works, environmental protection facilities, auxiliary facilities, flue gas purification, leachate treatment, fly ash landfill and slag remediation are all in line with the requirements; the project has been fully constructed and has passed acceptance of each unit.
Finally, the acceptance team agreed that the project passed the completion acceptance, marking the end of the construction of the plant, which will officially enter the commercial operation stage.
