On July 16, Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Protection Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNTY, received the Bid Winning Notice issued by Chengdu Xingrong Renewable Energy Co., Ltd.. The Notice confirmed that Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Protection Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. won the bid for the waste incinerator and auxiliary equipment purchase/bid division (second time) of Chengdu Wanxing Power Plant (Phase II), with a bidding price of 85 million yuan. Recently, Chengdu Xingrong Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Protection Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly came to an agreement and signed the Purchase Contract for Waste Incinerator and Auxiliary Equipment of Chengdu Wanxing Power Plant (Phase II).
